Our goal is to provide children with the tools necessary to build a strong foundation so that they can later build their skills to their full potential. We believe that the better they develop their skills, the more confidence they will gain, which will allow them to fall in love with the game. This ensures that children can stay in the game longer

Mini Allies

Program Director - Cesar Egas

Originally from Lima, Peru, Coach Egas grew up playing competitive futsal and 11 v 11 under various teams and academies, eventually playing semi-pro until he moved to the U.S. at age 19. He started coaching in 2020 wanting to share his expertise and passion for the beautiful game with new generations. He is happily married and is the father of three talented boys.

He is the former head coach of the Crossings Christian School high school girls team, where he helped to rebuild and grow the program. Under his leadership, they won their district championship and advanced to the quarterfinal playoffs for the first time in the history of the program. Mini Allies Mission Statement:

Get players excited about the game by placing them in an environment built on both success and enjoyment.

More Information About Mini Allies:

For players BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3-6. This is not your traditional service for younger children. Instead, the Mini Allies program is held in an environment of fun & instruction where the player will get excited about playing the game of soccer. The foundation of the program remains the same. Players will stay in soccer longer if they truly have a love for the game. At a young age, understanding the specifics of “why” is critical for both cognitive and physical development.
